A picturesque path leads directly from the chalet to the Lattenalm - in less than an hour you can reach the rustic hut with Tyrolean delicacies. If you want to hike further, you can reach the Brandalm with its fantastic views and good atmosphere.
The Eggalmbahn cable car takes you comfortably up to almost 2,000 m - where you can expect fantastic views, varied hiking trails and the “Almspielerei” adventure land for children. Especially recommended: a hike to the crystal-clear Torsee lake.
Nature Park Zillertaler Alps
350 km of hiking trails in the high mountains.
The Zillertal Alps Nature Park boasts a unique landscape - from easy walks across alpine meadows to high alpine trails with views of glaciers and gorges. Here you will also encounter chamois, eagles and other alpine inhabitants.
Bike experience in Tuxertal
Over 80 routes invite you to bike tours through forests, over streams and alpine paths - from leisurely family outings to challenging downhill runs.
The Eggalmbahn and Rastkogelbahn lifts take you and your bike up the mountain in comfort. E-bikes also allow less trained riders to effortlessly reach great heights.
Tip: Rental stations in Lanersbach and Vorderlanersbach offer modern (e-)bikes for your vacation experience.
